Update: The company reached out to me and offered me either a refund or a replacement watch. I bumped my rating up by two stars for that good customer service, and I'll provide another update once I have the replacement and see how it works. This watch looks great, was a good price, and I enjoy wearing it. The problem is that it keeps stopping. An unreliable watch is a big problem. Unfortunately, I was out of the country and didn't get to return it in time before the return window closed. If it worked properly, I would have given it a five-star rating.

Update 5/29/2026 Hour hand has moved off course and the band broke. I got what I paid for. So far it operates as good as any watch I own! The leather band is a higher grade leather than I anticipated. It's a bit larger than I calculated but overall I like the looks and durability seems to be good.
