Louis Roederer Collection 245 Brut ChampagneThe 245th iteration of the blends of Louis Roederer is composed of 55% 2020 vintage with 35% coming from 2012 2019, and finally 10% from the reserve that is aged in oak barrels. It was disgorged with a final dosage of 7 grams per liter. The nose opens with golden apple, citrus, minerality, and a final light lemon chiffon. This is the best sheet set we've had in a while. I bought it last year for $15, it's still the same price, and almost a year later it's still intact. It washes and dries well and has a smooth, soft feel. The fitted sheet also stays in place fairly well. They're not cotton but they are still great sheets. I hope they get more colors, like light/soft yellow and lilac/lavender.
